I woke up sore in my quad and ankle...oh well! I walked .7 miles in 17:11 in the rain because I am a warrior and warriors do notake excuses. Then I proceeded to go alpha male on my PT. I killed every exercise and pushed hard through heel slides which I can finally do without help! I did 20 and yelled through the final 20 because I refuse to quit! The ankle slides are harder than any set of deadlifts or squats I have ever done even the ones that have made me see stars and puke. I attack my PT and waking just as serious as any real workout because I want results and I want to ditch the walker.
I got a cane today and I plan on using it around the house. For my walks I will continue with walker.
