Woke up 3x last night. I thought this gettimg up to pee thing was almost done. I make sure to drink less at night...makes no difference.
Did my PT exercises bright and early then walked 1.07 miles in 22:10 on a more hilly route. I like to switch my routes to keep it interesting.
Dr. Appt went good. X-rays are good. I'm on the right track. I have to attend outpatient pt 2x a week for next 6 weeks. I still have to wear compression socks and night compression for 4 weeks.
Oh, and sitting in a vehicle still sucks.
