I pushed my son around in his buggy for 1.53 miles in 28:56. We went to the park so he could play. I also did 12 fat grip pull-ups. It is nice to spend the whole day with him.
Push-ups 12-8-8-10-14 (3:19 total time). A bit sore from yesterday.
Went to PT. Got stretched good. Ride the recumbent bike for 11 mins and did 1.5 miles. It was challenging and felt right in my groin but not painful. Then I walked another mile on the way home before my wife picked me up (I don't like to sit around and wait).
