Walked 1.3 miles in 22:30 with no cane present. Did 12 wg pull-ups followed by 48 push-ups (10,12,8,8,10). I found a push-up app that is supposed to get you back to 100. The push-ups were easy and I fast forwarded through the breaks as it was super easy) still cool to do push-ups again.
I'm a week ahead of the plan to ditch the cane. I considered trying to drive to the gym and ride the bike to cross train instead of walking everyday but I think I'm a few days away from driving comfortably. The moving to the brake is still not comfortable.
