I will be able to chase my son around outside!
I will be able to run again!
I will be ae to squat again!
I will be able to deadlift again!
I will be able to do anything I want again!
I will reach my goals!
Today I broke the 18 minute mile pace. I walked 1.28 miles in 22:34. I did not use the cane for the last 7.5 minutes. I used it sparingly during the rest of the walk. Everyday, I make progress. Even heel slides which were hard are fairly easy now.
Got to do one of my favorite pastimes today...grill. I spent a good amount of time outside this weekend so far.
